Delivery & Returns
When you buy from us, we’re confident that you’ll be delighted with your purchase. However, we know that in some cases it’s necessary to return items. That’s why we’re happy to accept returns on all unused and uninstalled products within 14 days of purchase with just a few exceptions:
- Any personalized or bespoke items including bespoke whirlpool baths.
- Any item that has been made to your specific requirements including custom cut panels.
- Any perishable items.
When returning items to our warehouse you can do so in person or by giving us a call and arranging for us to collect it. Please don’t use a third party courier as we can’t be held liable for any items that have been lost or damaged in transit.
When you receive your items, please check them before installation and let us know if you notice any defects or quality issues so that we can arrange a refund or replacement. We will process all refunds within 14 days of receiving your returned items.
Unfortunately, we can’t make partial refunds on unused package quantities unless you’ve notified us about existing damage. We can, however, provide refunds on full packs that are returned to us in as-new condition with sealed packaging and unbroken seals.
We’d like to remind you that our panels aren’t UV rated and can become discoloured if left in direct sunlight for prolonged periods. For this reason, we recommend that you cut the panels indoors in order to avoid potentially damaging UV exposure as we cannot offer refunds on any products that have been damaged in this way.
When ordering cladding, it’s recommended to buy all the panels that you need at the same time. This is because cladding is manufactured in numbered batches that occasionally have slight shade variations.
If you buy panels on different days and at different times, we can’t guarantee that you’ll receive batches with the same number and this could mean that you end up receiving cladding in slightly different shades.
As we can’t offer refunds for orders containing different batch numbers due to ordering on different dates, we’d recommend that you try to place all of your orders in one go.
Unfortunately, we cannot supply our products to addresses nationwide. Due to the large nature of our products and the potential damage that could be caused to some of our more sensitive items during third party transit, we can only offer our items for local delivery or collection from our warehouse.
When you order products through our website we’ll deliver them to your address using our own local delivery service. You can rest assured that your order will be securely packaged and will be delivered speedily.
Of course, you have the right to change your mind about your purchase. Should you do so, you can contact us and arrange for your unused items with intact packaging and security seals to be returned (a charge may be incurred for this) within 14 days of your order being received.
