Once you place an order, we will send you an e-mail to confirm we have received it. All orders received will be processed and delivered within 48 working hours of us receiving it unless specified or you nominate a specific day (except remote, highland and island orders which will take 3 – 5 days).
IMPORTANT Due to the size and weight of the goods it would be ideal if you were in on day of scheduled delivery or leave clear instructions for driver to leave with any immediate neighbours to CHECK and SIGN for goods. Please add a correct telephone number to help process any orders or for any queries.
Pick Your Delivery Day
There is a drop down calendar on the checkout page underneath the delivery address fields, you can use this to pick a more convenient day for delivery. Please note that if you haven’t chosen from the drop down delivery page then all orders will be processed and delivered within the 48 hours or specified day on timetable unless you have ordered at the weekend whereby the earliest delivery would be on a Tuesday.
In some remote areas (such as the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands) it will take longer to deliver (typically 3 – 5 days) and delivery surcharges may be applied. Please see our list of delivery surcharge areas below. In these areas we are NOT able to accommodate a nominated day.
These tend to be picked and packed and popped in the post first class the same day.
- Delivery is charged at £12.99 (mainland UK) for all orders.
Remote Area Surcharges
- Highlands = £20
- All British and Scottish Isles = £80
- N.Ireland = £30
- Isle of Wight = £10
Ireland (Eire) attracts a set delivery charge of £50 for orders under £50 and £65 for orders above £50 up to a maximum of £400. For orders in excess of £400, please call 0191 5109064 for a price. These charges will be added to the standard delivery rate.
Orders placed will be processed within 24 hours and delivered within 48 hours of receiving them. Unless you have nominated an alternative later date. Unless you nominate a specific date during checkout your delivery will be (except remote areas):
- Order placed on Monday should be delivered on Wednesday
- Order placed on Tuesday should be delivered on Thursday
- Order placed on Wednesday should be delivered on Friday
- Order placed on Thursday should be delivered on Monday
- Order placed Friday, Saturday, Sunday should be delivered on Tuesday
Your order can arrive at any time between 8am and 6pm and unfortunately we are unable to specify a specific time or time slot.
You should also be able to track the status of your order online via the carrier’s website.
If you are not completely satisfied with your cladding products, you have 14 days to return your order to us (See returns section below) for a full NO QUIBBLE refund.
You have the right to change your mind and return your product to us, unused, within 14 working days of receiving your order. Any packaging or security seals must be intact. You will be responsible for paying postage costs for the returned item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s).
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 working days to let us know and we’ll arrange to refund or replace the item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s). Bathroom Cladding Store cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged when being returned to us. Always obtain a Certificate of Posting and consider using a Signed For service.
